Gair Gallo’s Chris Gair, Corey Rubenstein, and Ingrid Yin won a complete victory last week for their client, FirstEnergy Corp., an Akron, Ohio based electric company, following an eight-day jury trial in Cleveland. The jury found the company did not discharge the plaintiff with intent to retaliate.
