Dom represents clients at every stage of the litigation process in complex commercial disputes.  She also has a wide array of experience in civil and criminal white collar matters, including Department of Justice investigations, investigations by various government enforcement authorities and regulators, violations of the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute, and federal and state RICO claims, in addition to internal investigations.  Before joining Gair Gallo Eberhard, Dom was an associate at an Am Law 50 firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

She received her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  While in law school, Dom served as a judicial intern for a federal district court judge and as a senior managing editor of the Florida Law Review.  She also participated in the Wrongful Convictions and Factual Innocence: Conviction Integrity Review Clinic, working directly with the Conviction Integrity Review Division established by the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Florida.  Dom was honored to assist in the preparation of a post-conviction relief petition that led to an exoneration and release of a wrongfully convicted man who spent 33 years in prison.

In her free time, Dom enjoys exploring Chicago’s food scene, listening to jazz records on vinyl, and training her rescue German Shepherd mix.
