Internal Investigations

Our partners have conducted internal investigations for companies of all sizes relating to allegations of fraud, sexual harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, FCPA compliance, and False Claims Act issues. We have also conducted multiple investigations in Latin America.

Our recent work includes:

• Conducting multiple investigations for U.S. company relating to kickbacks, fraud, accounting issues and the misuse of its property in Mexico.
• Conducting FCPA investigations in Mexico and Venezuela on behalf of a Fortune 100 multinational.
• Conducting FCPA and kickbacks investigation for multinational in Brazil.
• Investigating on behalf of large family wealth office of allegations of fraud committed against one of the members of the family. We established that the subject defrauded at least five people of a total of more than a million dollars. After we turned our report over to the U.S. Attorney, the fraudster was convicted of wire fraud.
