While focusing primarily on complex commercial litigation, Nicholas has a wide array of experience in matters ranging from white collar criminal defense to intellectual property litigation and counseling. Before joining Gair Gallo Eberhard, he was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm.

While attending the University of Michigan, Nicholas was an active member of the law school’s mock trial team and trial advocacy program. He also participated in the school’s civil and criminal litigation clinic and interned with the federal defender’s office for the Eastern District of Michigan where he learned to craft novel defenses for his clients and negotiate with assistant U.S. attorneys.

Prior to law school, Nicholas served as the captain of the nationally ranked mock trial team at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During his time on the team, he earned numerous awards for his trial advocacy skills at tournaments across the country.

Nicholas lives in Brookfield with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys visiting the Brookfield Zoo, hiking, and playing one of his many cherished guitars.
